Return and Refund Policy

HAGS Clothing return and refund information for made-to-order apparel, hats, and accessories fulfilled through our production partner, Printful.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All items are produced individually through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • incorrect sizing
  • buyer’s remorse
  • accidental orders
  • shipping address mistakes entered at checkout

Please carefully review your order details, sizing, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with Printful and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an item enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
